Michael Quinn Stewardship Award
The Highest Honor in Indiana Weights & Measures
The Michael Quinn Stewardship Award represents the pinnacle of recognition within the Indiana Weights and Measures Association (INWMA). Established in 2024 to honor the legacy of La Porte County Inspector Michael Quinn, this prestigious award celebrates professionals who exemplify extraordinary leadership, innovation, and dedication to measurement integrity.

This annual award recognizes individuals who have:
Demonstrated 10+ years of exceptional service in weights and measures
Shown transformational leadership within INWMA or the broader measurement community
Advance the field through innovation, collaboration, or stewardship
Created a lasting legacy that inspires future professionals
Nomination & Selection
Eligibility: Open to current/former INWMA members or collaborators with significant Indiana/national impact.
Process: Requires nomination packets including:
Detailed justification letter
Professional resume
Two letters of support
Documentation of achievements
Deadline: March 31st annually
